At Dyne, we are happy to offer a 30-day return policy if the goods purchased are faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match our description. If you have simply changed your mind, you may return or exchange the product; however, please note that the goods must be unused.

You must return items in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them within 30 days of purchase. Please return any items via Australia Post with a tracking number, and we will either replace or refund, within 48 hours of receiving.
